PARTNER
Marcus founded and expanded Hungrig.se, a food delivery service, before selling it to Delivery Hero 2019. His background is in building engineering and he has got 18 years of hands-on experience. His expertise in both real estate and business growth is a key asset to the team.
MARTIN TRNOVSKY
PARTNER
Martin is an entrepreneur with nearly 20 years of experience, including founding and growing First Class Brands of Sweden AB before selling it to Humble Group AB. He is based in Marbella since 2023 and his total focus is on expanding the Spanish real estate filial at Four Partners Invest.
MARIA SVARTVIK
PROJECT AND MARKETING COORDINATOR
Maria has a background in PR, sales, and events. She studied Psychology and Human Rights at the University of Lund but has always been an entrepreneur at heart. Maria is based in Marbella, has two sons and spends her free time out in nature together with her resque Doberman.
FREDRIK ASP
HEAD OF DEVELOPMENT
With a background in construction from Sweden, followed by a decade in the property market in Marbella – Fredrik has got extensive experience in the field, an eye for quality and love for client relations. He started off in Spain as an awarded property consultant, and later sales manager at Swedens biggest real estate agency – both in Sweden and Spain. A few years later Fredrik was the operative manager at a private property development company with M120€ in the portfolio. He is now founding partner and the CEO of Scanditrust and the Head of Development at Four Partners Invest.
